Corporate Officers


Mr. Podmore has over twenty-seven years of professional studio recording experience as a producer, engineer, arranger and session musician. His professional career began as a student and assistant to multi-platinum producer Beau Hill. Since that time, his credits include work with multi-Grammy Award winning drummer John ‘JR’ Robinson, multi-Grammy Award winning engineer Jeff Woodruff, Grammy Award winning engineer Kevin Clock, artists Mark Free (King Kobra, Unruly Child), Kimberley Dahme (Boston, Tom Hambrick Band)Cactus Mosher (Highway 101), Nate, Paul, and Kip Winger(Winger), Larry Thompson (Stevie Wonder) and Dennis Holt(Kerry Livgren, Deneice Williams). He has received several awards for his songwriting ability from organizations such as The American Song Festival and The Colorado Composers Classic.

His marketing and sales experience includes five years with Burt Toyota and Toyota Motors U.S.A. where he was regarded as one of the top product specialists in the country. He also spent two years as one of the nations foremost experts of musical instrument sales with Prosound Music. In 1996, Prosound promoted him to management where he played a key role in the company’s overwhelming 52% growth the following year. He has been a member of Broadcast Music, Inc. for eighteen years.

Mr. Podmore coordinates the production, musical arrangement and marketing activities for the company.


Mrs. Mankamyer was the project manager of Arrowhead At Vail with complete responsibility for the planning and zoning process for the 2200-acre destination resort.  She prepared and implemented a marketing plan that resulted in a $9 million sale in 1978. Her other corporate experience includes Manager of Field Support for Shell Oil Company and Assistant to the Vice President of Labor and Industrial Relations for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation.

On an independent basis, Mrs. Mankamyer was actively involved with the United States Soccer Federation and the United States Olympic Committee for over fifteen years.  Her multitude of roles included President of the U.S.O.C. (2002-2003), Special Liaison to the U.S. Women’s National Team (1998-2002), Assistant Chef de Mission for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, Soccer Delegation Supervisor for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.S.F. National Board of Directors (1990-2001), U.S.O.C. Board of Directors (1990-2002) and Chairman of the National Training Centers Site Committee. She attended the University of New Mexico and the University of California at Los Angeles.

Mrs. Mankamyer will oversee corporate development and operations.


Prior to joining the Executive team of As Is-No Warranty Music Inc., Mrs. Giddens co-founded and was CEO of 20twenty Strategic Consulting, Inc., a software development company that provides reliable and affordable services and software development.  With more than thirteen years experience in the nonprofit marketplace, Mrs. Giddens is a veteran leader in the consulting and professional services sector, with an extensive and successful history of business development and capture strategies.  Prior to co-founding 20twenty, Mrs. Giddens was  a Vice President and Principal of CorePartners, Inc.  While with CorePartners, Mrs. Giddens was responsible for the start-up and rapid growth of its Non-Profit Operations business unit, enjoying double-digit revenue increases over her tenure.  Mrs. Giddens has served in a senior technical and analytical role with several prominent nonprofits and think tanks, including the United States Olympic Committee, the Heritage Foundation and the Cato Institute.


Mr. Hoovler’s management experience includes eleven years with Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (now Guidant Corporation) where he served as the Clinical Manager/Western Region U.S. before being promoted to Area Manager/Southeast Asia, India, Africa and Australia. His responsibilities included sales, marketing, budgeting and business development for several geographic regions as well as the on-site education of Nursing, Radiographic and Physician staffs in Cardiac Balloon Catheterization and Stent Implantation in the Cath. Lab.  Mr. Hoovler’s professional expertise in this field, including the previous four years as a Staff RN in Torrance Memorial Hospital’s Burn/Trauma and Intensive Care Units, played a major role in a regional growth from two million to over nine million dollars in gross sales. In 1997, he accepted early retirement when Guidant went public and formed Hoovler and Associates, an internet marketing and ecommerce venture. As Hoovler and Associates continued to expand, he opened Salon Versailles, Ltd. in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He has also been employed by Vail Resorts as a part-time Adult Alpine Ski Instructor.

Mr. Hoovler will oversee the national and international retail development for the company.


Mr. Clock is the owner, Studio Manager and Chief Engineer at Colorado Sound Recording, Ltd. Established in 1977, the studio is now the foremost music recording facility in the Rocky Mountain region and has hosted national artists such as ‘NSYNC, Styx, Steve Miller, eminem, Ginger Baker, Arrival and The Fugees, as well as thousands of local and regional artists and bands. As a studio engineer and producer, Mr. Clock has hundreds of projects to his credit with musical styles ranging from bluegrass and jazz to heavy metal and new age. His most notable credits include two Grammy nominated albums (Hot Rize’s “Take It Home” and  Tim O’Brien’s “Red On Blonde”) as well as a Gold record awarded for work on Gladys Knight & the Pips’  “All Our Love” album and a Platinum record for D’Angelo’s “Voodoo” cd. His other credits include live recordings for artists including Yes, Collective Soul, INXS, Jewel, G3 and Stevie Ray Vaughn  for MTV and VH1, and Hootie and The Blowfish’s “Live On The Net” worldwide broadcast.

Mr. Clock will oversee the creative development and musical production of the songwriters and recording artists contracted by The Pendulum Recording Group.


Mr. Mulrennan has over twenty years of marketing and production management experience in the music industry. He was the Sales and Operations Manager for Discreet Systems, Colorado’s leader in audio production and systems integration, where he also served as the Assistant to the Senior System Engineer for all production events at Mile High Stadium. His management experience also includes ten years of Divisional Management for Prosound Music Center where he was responsible for order proposals, vendor relations, and promotions corporatewide. Independently, Mr. Mulrennan served as a Marketing Consultant for Shure Brothers Microphones, the largest manufacturer of microphones worldwide. He created a target group of select dealers and presented an innovative marketing plan that established new orders for Shure Brothers products.

Mr. Mulrennan will oversee daily operations of Pendulum Recording Group including all facets of artist development and sales promotions.


Mr. Alden’s multi-industry experience includes telecommunications, healthcare, software, professional services and defense, specializing in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and process improvement. After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, he spent seven years as a Chief Engineer for Martin Marietta where he was responsible for the research and development of specialized government projects.  From 1992-2004, he was the Executive Senior Manager for MCI WorldCom responsible for the delivery of internal systems to support the enterprise’s growth. Upon his departure from MCI, Mr. Alden played key roles with Health Language, Inc. (Director of Client Services) and Integrated Research (Director of Technical Services). Since 2007, he has held the position of Director of Information Technology for Center Partners, Inc.

Mr. Alden manages corporate development and infrastructural operations for the company.
